Hello! I’m Jen, and I’m excited to share my journey toward financial independence and my passion for empowering women along the way.

My career began in the mortgage industry, where I had the opportunity to delve deep into the world of finance as a loan processor and mortgage underwriter. This experience not only honed my skills but also ignited a profound understanding of the real estate market. I learned the ins and outs of financing, risk assessment, and the strategies that can save you thousands on a deal. It was an exhilarating time, but I wanted something more—something that would allow me to take control of my financial future.

Driven by a desire to create wealth and achieve independence, I took the plunge into real estate investing. I’ve been fortunate enough to acquire five properties using unconventional means—tapping into creative financing strategies that others might overlook. Each property represents not just a venture into the real estate market, but a step toward building a legacy and securing financial freedom for myself and my daughter.

Not only have I acquired these properties through unconventional methods, but my true strength lies in profiting from them through equally creative strategies. I excel at generating income from outside-the-box thinking.

From raw land to glampsites to my personal home and investment properties, I turn everything I own into gold!

Beyond my personal financial journey, I am passionate about empowering women to break free from financial limitations. I believe that every woman deserves the knowledge and support to achieve her own financial goals.

I aim to inspire, educate, and uplift other women by sharing my experiences, insights, and strategies for success in life and business. Together, we can challenge the status quo and build a community of financially independent women ready to take on the world!

Hi! I’m Odessa Christiana.

There’s not much I love more than empowering another woman to tap into her power then witness her blow up any self imposed ceiling and build the business of her dreams.

The years spent as an employee taught me many things including that building someone else’s dream was not for me. When I graduated from art college, I couldn’t stomach the idea of taking another job.

One day at the library, I picked up a book on silk painting. Soon I had a newfound passion. Combining this medium with my fashion design skills led to starting my own line of art to wear. I flourished in this zone of creativity for some years, bringing countless garments forth from pure imagination, some being custom pieces for prestigious clients. 

Enter “plot twist” where my path led to the world of short term rentals. My background in customer service and design helped me in becoming a very successful host. Together, my artistic husband and I created a magical vortex of a property which attracted a wide range of guests, events and film projects. 

One day in 2018, I received a strong inner nudge to write a book detailing how to start and run a short term rental business. I thought this would be a quick project. Nope! There was so much to learn and a multitude of decisions to make, not to mention finding my writing “voice”. I finally self published in May 2020 and despite it being an extremely odd time in the world, my sweet little guide book hit Bestseller in multiple categories on Amazon.

Waking up daily and putting in the required actions to move visions and business forward as a multipassionate creator takes a lot more than practical skills. It's an “inside” job.

There was a point I knew if I didn’t take care of my mind and energy daily, I’d be in trouble. As I leaned more than ever into self development and embodied new beliefs and ways of being, it became clear I could help others in both a practical and spiritual sense. I added “coach” to my repertoire. 

Today I balance a multitude of meaningful projects while providing mentorship to female creatives.
